Return and Exchange

Wearup has kept its exchange & refund policy very simple and hassle-free.

• IF the buyer finds any fault in the Product, he/she can exchange it or have an option to return it and claim a refund. But in case if the buyer placed the wrong order by mistake and wants to replace it, he must bear the Delivery Charges only. 

• If the customer receives a different size or product (which is a rare case) that doesn’t comply with the order, then the customer has the right to exchange it. In such case, please contact at "tel: +923376051517 or our email: info@wearup.com.pk and follow the instructions they provide to you. No charges will be charged to the customer.

• If the customer orders a wrong product or size, he may change it by contacting at "tel: +923376051517"or our email: info@wearup.com.pk" In Such case customer has to bear the delivery charges only.

• Incase if the customer gets a faulty Product, he/she has the complete right to change it or return it and apply for a refund.

• Order Cancellation is core responsibility of the customer before dispatch Only. Customer can inform us via call/message/whatsap/email before dispatch to ensure no is loss is caused to us as like wearup takes cares of its buyers by offering quality check return exchange or refund.

• Courier charges us delivery charges no matter customer accepts order or not regardless customer placed right or wrong size. They charge us because their pickup and delivery service costs them fuel, warehousing, time and labor costs. Average order delivery and packaging cost us 350 rupees no matter customer.

• If a customer wants to cancel order after dispatching it is ethical/moral and religious responsibility of the customer to ensure that we don't have to suffer the loss without any mistake.
